Request an Appointment
UPDATED 08/30/25:
I currently have only one biweekly (every 2 weeks) opening on either Mondays at 1:00pm or 4:30pm, or Wednesdays at 1:00pm or 2:30pm. I may have additional openings soon, and of course you can join the wait list to be notified of my next opening.
However, please note that I am not currently accepting any insurance plans. If you’re planning to use your insurance, and would like to be notified if I start accepting your plan again in the future, you can join my wait list (with absolutely no obligation) by filling out a brief form right here, or by clicking the “wait list” button below.

YOUR FREE Consultation:
Ready to get started? The first step is setting up a free consultation in the format of your choice.
This consultation is not a therapy session, but it gives you the chance to ask questions and to get a sense of who I am as a therapist. It also gives me a chance to make sure I’m a good fit for your needs before I start taking your money! There’s nothing more critical to therapeutic success than the fit between client and therapist; a great match can be absolutely life-changing, and the wrong one can turn someone off of therapy for years. So I want you to be matched with the right therapist, whether or not that’s me!
To schedule your free video or phone consultation, please click the button below to see my available times. Alternatively, you can set up an asynchronous text-based consultation by clicking the button below to download the Spruce Health app and connect it to my practice. Why Spruce Health? Since email is not usually secure, I prefer to use this secure app for consultations; that way if I ask how much weed you smoke, your answer isn’t sitting around in your email inbox for all eternity.
If you’re not ready for a consultation yet, but have preliminary questions about rates, scheduling, or other dealbreakers, please use the secure contact form to reach out. Or if you prefer, you can email me directly at my first name (Nora) @nextpagecounseling.com, text me (at 512-900-2768), or leave me a voicemail (though please be aware that neither texting nor email is HIPAA-secure, and you use them at your own privacy risk).
